Description
The Last of Us Remastered on PS4 is the upgraded release of the original PlayStation 3 game. It keeps every scene, level and line of dialogue and improves the presentation with higher resolution, a 60 fps option, sharper textures and better character models, making it the classic way to experience the story on PS4.
About the game
Twenty years after a fungal infection collapsed society, Joel is hired to smuggle a teenage girl named Ellie out of a military quarantine zone. What starts as a job becomes a cross-country journey through overgrown cities, abandoned suburbs and winter forests, with the bond between the two at the centre of everything. Gameplay mixes stealth, scavenging and desperate combat. Ammunition is scarce, so you craft shivs, bombs and health kits from scraps, listen for the clicking of infected and choose carefully between sneaking past enemies and fighting. The remaster includes Left Behind, a prequel chapter about Ellie and her friend Riley, plus the Abandoned Territories and Reclaimed Territories map packs for the multiplayer mode that shipped with the game. A photo mode and developer commentary on cutscenes are also included.
