Description

Stellar Blade on PS5 is a single-player action game about reclaiming a ruined Earth. Humanity fled to an orbital colony after monsters called Naytibas overran the planet, and Eve, a member of an elite squad, lands on the surface to fight back and discover what really happened.

About the game

Combat is the centre of the experience and it is built around timing. Perfect parries and dodges fill gauges that unleash powerful Beta and Burst skills, and combos chain naturally once you learn the rhythm of each enemy. Enemies range from fast humanoid creatures to towering bosses with multiple phases. Between fights you explore linear levels and two larger open areas, the Wasteland and the Great Desert, that hide side quests, upgrade materials and collectibles. Eve’s abilities grow through skill trees, exospine modules and gear, and dozens of outfits can be unlocked. The ruined city of Xion serves as a hub with shops, characters and quests. On PS5 the game offers 60 fps performance mode, quick loading and DualSense feedback for parries and blade impacts, and the soundtrack is a highlight.
