Description
God of War III Remastered on PS4 brings the finale of the Greek trilogy to the console with sharper visuals and a smooth 60 frames per second. Kratos rides the titans up Mount Olympus to destroy Zeus, and the game never lets up from that opening battle to the final blow.
About the game
This is the classic God of War formula: fixed camera angles, chained blades that sweep across the screen and huge combos against crowds of enemies. Kratos collects new weapons and magic from the gods he defeats, including the Cestus gauntlets and the Claws of Hades, and each one changes his combat rhythm. Puzzles and platforming break up the fighting, and the scale is enormous: several bosses are the size of buildings, and the opening battle takes place on the back of a titan as he climbs a mountain. The remaster adds a photo mode and cleaner textures while keeping the original design intact.
